Using BoulderBro

BoulderBro is a personal climbing tracker app. You may use it to:

• Log and track your climbing activities
• View statistics and progress over time
• Set and monitor climbing goals
• Store photos of your climbs
• Export your data for personal use

Your Responsibilities

When using BoulderBro, you agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Be responsible for backing up your own data
• Climb safely - this app is for tracking, not safety guidance

Your Data

You own your data. All climbing information you enter remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data.

Disclaimer

BoulderBro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to device failure, app bugs, or user error
• Any injuries related to climbing activities
• Accuracy of AI route detection features
• Interruptions in iCloud sync services (which are provided by Apple)

Climbing Safety

Important: BoulderBro is a tracking tool, not a safety guide. Always:

• Climb within your abilities
• Use proper safety equipment
• Follow gym rules and outdoor climbing ethics
• Consult professionals for climbing instruction

App Updates

We may update BoulderBro from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We recommend keeping the app updated for the best experience.

Termination

You can stop using BoulderBro at any time by deleting the app. Your locally stored data will be deleted with the app. If you have iCloud Sync enabled, you may need to manually delete data from iCloud.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany.
